Our Projects are managed under one point of contact, all our work is delivered by licensed trades and we always guarantee the quality of our service.
Choosing the right colours and themes for your cosmetic refurbishment is often the most difficult and time consuming decision. To provide a seamless outcome, all Projects team recommendations are made together with your Senior Stylist. Making sure these selections are in complete harmony with your property and buyer demographic.
Most trades onsite will only manage their portion of the work not others, meaning you would have to manage this from start to finish including any defects. However with an Novari Project Manager we will liaise with all trades working on your property ensuring everyone is working towards the same goal, deadline and Health & Safety Standards are adhered to.
We only use qualified trades people who are insured and have been thoroughly vetted. Importantly, all our trades are managed by our Project Manager who will ensure they complete the repairs to Australian Standards BCA specification.
