At Novari Collective our passionate team styles homes for sale campaigns and creates stunning interiors people love to live in. Our expert property stylists, interior designers and trade professionals are committed to making all of our projects unique and memorable. 

We are seeking an energetic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our marketing program, including social media and graphic design requirements across our various brands. 

This is a permanent opportunity, 3 to 4 days per week.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing digital marketing strategies; 
  • Coordinating social media, website and other marketing content (including basic copywriting) to drive customer acquisition, engagement and brand awareness across our brands; 
  • Formulating and implementing the graphic design, art direction, branding and look for our digital and print media. This includes managing the printing of our marketing collateral;
  • Managing our website and social media to effectively promote our products and services in the digital space. This also includes undertaking basic website tweaks and copywriting (WordPress); 
  • Managing email/Google automations and implementing EDM campaigns; 
  • Arranging product and lifestyle photography requirements for the purposes of our marketing collateral (photography skills are a plus!); and 
  • Assisting with the Company’s overall brand initiatives and collaborating with Senior Management to ensure brand consistency. 

 

Success factors:

  • An understanding of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and positioning across social media platforms; 
  • An ability to create content and set out clearly articulated ideas in marketing and social media copy; 
  • Ability to communicate across multiple digital and social media platforms; 
  • Intermediate skills in Canva and Adobe InDesign; 
  • Digital marketing qualifications preferred; 
  • Basic skills and experience in WordPress for in-house edits of web pages (advanced editing is done by our web developer); 
  • Background in, or knowledge of, our industry – interiors, styling and real estate will be highly regarded; and 
  • Loves an ever-changing environment with multiple brands and varied tasks and priorities.

Novari Collective is Sydney and Melbourne’s premier property styling company. Our expert team works closely with leading real estate agents and property vendors to create bespoke property styling solutions that result in successful sale campaigns.

The role:

As an On-site Stylist, using your creative flair, you will be responsible for finishing the vision set by our Senior Stylists, through the arrangement of furniture and the selection of accessories being placed into a home. This role is an entry level styling role, and as such would suit design and decoration graduates.

You will be based in our Braeside warehouse with travel to Client’s homes across Melbourne. The role is very hands on, involving the selection and packing of accessories in our warehouse along with the manual work required to complete styling installs at properties. Extensive training and support is on offer as well as the opportunity to grow your interior styling career.

Successful Factors:

  • completed design or styling qualification is required with some related styling or design experience;
  • A valid VIC driver’s license and own vehicle;
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, between 7.00am and 5.00pm, and the availability to work overtime on occasions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liase with agents, vendors and internal styling teams and to confidently articulate styling decisions.

Furniture Removalist /Delivery Offsider

Novari Collective is Sydney and Melbourne’s leading home styling company that helps to prepare properties for sale. This job is responsible for the delivery and collection of furniture to and from customer homes.

About the opportunity:

This is a hands on job (some heavy lifting is involved), requiring energy and team work.  The role reports to the Warehouse Manager and responsibilities include:

  • Loading & unloading delivery vehicles at the warehouse and ensuring furniture, accessories & décor are on shelf and correctly positioned at all times.
  • Delivery and furniture installation to and from properties and in between properties.

About You:

As a proud representative of our business you will use excellent interpersonal skills to engage with customers as part of our commitment to quality service.  You can cope with the physical demands of the job and have a strong commitment to safety.

Success factors:

  • Sound knowledge of Sydney area.
  • Manual driver’s license desired.
  • Available Monday – Friday for 7.00 am starts.
  • Experience in furniture removal or delivery is preferred.
