Service Delivery Manager

With over five years of experience in the property styling industry, Hope has built her career across a blend of design, logistics and client-focused roles. She began as an Interior Designer Assistant, gaining a strong foundation in floor plans, trade coordination, project briefs and contracts. Hope then moved into a full-time role as a Junior Property Stylist and Furniture Removalist at a budget styling company before joining Novari almost two years ago as an OSS.

Her passion for streamlining operations quickly became clear, leading her to step into the SOM role. Eighteen months ago, Hope proposed and established her current position as Service Delivery Manager, bringing together warehouse logistics and site operations to strengthen the entire end-to-end process for Novari’s Melbourne division.

Hope studied a Bachelor of Fine Art at RMIT, and she draws on this creative background when supporting stylists and shaping the flow of each project. She has worked primarily on residential properties, collaborating with agents and clients to ensure every home is presented at its best.

Although she fell into property styling unexpectedly, Hope quickly recognised the impact great styling can have, not just visually but in reducing the stress of selling a home. Working behind the scenes, she prides herself on problem-solving, coordinating smooth installations and delivering a seamless experience. While she is not always onsite, the final result is still her favourite part of the process, often checking in via FaceTime or photos to see how everything came together. A happy client always makes the day.

Hope is inspired by Art Deco interiors, especially bold lighting, vibrant colour and statement pieces and she enjoys weaving elements of these design principles into other styles whenever possible.

Outside of work, Hope plays soccer, a team sport that has strengthened her leadership and collaborative approach. She is also an avid drawer, finding creativity and calm through sketching.
