Charlie is a fresh face in interiors and styling! Growing up immersed in the visual arts and painting, he decided to follow his passion for interiors. After spending six months in far north Queensland, he returned to Melbourne and began his eight-month diploma at the Australian College of the Arts earlier this year.
Since graduating, Charlie has explored different paths within the industry and quickly discovered his interest in property styling. He was fortunate to join the field as a graduate and has loved embracing the more curatorial side of design while working closely within the property industry.
He has always had a love for spatial planning and interior styling, with a particular affinity for modern mid-century revivals and vintage-inspired designs. Charlie is passionate about recycled furniture and enjoys the creative challenge of working within a budget. Edwardian homes are his favourite to style, thanks to their leadlight glass features and period charm.
As an OSS, his role involves integrating accessories and art to complement each property’s features, chosen design style and selected furniture. On-site days are a highlight for him. He enjoys travelling around Melbourne’s most beautiful suburbs and staging homes to captivate potential buyers.
In his free time, Charlie loves wandering the leafy streets of Melbourne’s inner east, admiring heritage facades and occasionally picking up his brushes to work on abstract portraits.
