Novari Collective’s Northbridge House reimagines modern family living with a focus on functionality, warmth and effortless style. The interior transformation enhanced key spaces such as the kitchen, bathrooms and living areas, bringing cohesion and comfort to every corner.
Design Approach
The team worked closely with the client to curate a design that balanced practicality with a calm, understated aesthetic. Soft tones, natural textures and thoughtful joinery create a home that feels both modern and timeless.
Key Spaces
Open-plan living areas were refreshed with layered textures and a refined palette. The kitchen and bathrooms were completely updated with quality materials and smart layouts, prioritising both form and function.
Overall Feel
Northbridge House is now a relaxed, elegant family home – one that reflects the client’s lifestyle through considered, enduring design.
“When we bought the house it looked OK but we soon discovered that key areas like the kitchen and bathrooms really weren’t very functional and the previous renovation from 2006 was looking tired and bland. We also moved from an apartment so lacked a lot of furniture and furnishing items we needed in the new home.
After an initial briefing with Luisa and the team from Novari Collective, they presented us with some design options for each room. It really was like they read our minds as they brought to life what we were imagining but couldn’t bring together ourselves. We didn’t have to spend much time at all making any changes and the project management of the full home renovation was completely taken care of for us, even down to a marathon day to get us back in before the second COVID lockdown.
There is great balance in the joinery and furnishings and the result is a really beautiful and calming house to live in. We love our new home and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Luisa and the Novari Collective team.”
