Ben brings a wealth of operational expertise to Novari Collective, shaped by over 15 years in service-focused industries. Starting his career as an apprentice chef at 17, Ben developed a deep understanding of teamwork, process and precision – qualities that seamlessly translate into his current role.

Before joining Novari in 2024, Ben spent five years as an Operations Manager at Compass Group, overseeing catering, cleaning and laundry services across aged care and commercial sectors. Leading large teams and navigating complex service environments, including the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, sharpened his ability to think on his feet and support people through pressure with clarity and care.

Now at Novari, Ben brings his deep experience into the dynamic world of design, interiors and project management. He works closely with our delivery teams and clients to keep projects moving smoothly, ensuring operational excellence from planning through to completion. With formal qualifications in business management, training and assessment and a high paced culinary background, Ben combines strategic thinking with a grounded, hands-on leadership style that reflects Novari’s commitment to collaboration, integrity and client-first delivery.
