This “Novari x Raes 2025” promotion (2025) is offered subject to the terms and conditions set out below. 

Who Can Enter

Entry is available to real estate agent professionals, property developers and interior design clients, only in Sydney and the greater Sydney region, who are residents of Australia and aged 18 years or older.

How to Enter 

1. To be eligible you must refer one or more of the following to the Novari Collective team:

   • property styling jobs that are installed on or before 11 July 2025; or

   • interior design jobs that result in fee proposal acceptance and deposit paid on or before 11 July 2025.

   To enter, eligible participants must submit their referral(s) by emailing info@novaricollective.com and must provide sufficient details to identify the referred project. Each referral will be recorded upon confirmation by Novari Collective. 

2.  Each property styling referral that is installed prior to 11 July 2025 is one entry – the more successful referrals, the more entries.

3. Each interior design referral that is fee proposal accepted and deposit paid prior to 11 July 2025 will qualify for two entries into the promotion.

4. The promotion ends midnight, 11 July 2025.

5. The “Winner” will be declared by a random draw on 25 July 2025 and will be notified in writing. 

The prize “Raes Accommodation and Travel Package” consists of the following:

1. Return business class flights from Sydney to Ballina for two people;
2. Return airport transfers to Raes on Wategos for two people;
3. Two nights’ accommodation in a suite at Raes on Wategos;
4. Daily breakfast included for two people;
5. One lunch or dinner with matching wines included for two people; Travel dates must be outside of peak period; and
6. All stays are subject to availability.

Terms and Conditions

1.  There is one Raes Accommodation and Travel Package (Prize) to be won over the period of the competition. 

2. The Prize is valued at over AUD$5,000. 

3. The Prize is offered by Furniture Rentals Australia Holdings Pty Ltd Trading as “Novari Collective”. 

4. The Prize is available for use only by Australian residents over the age of 18. 

5. The Prize cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other form of credit or travel services.

6. This is a single-use Prize. Any unused portion of the Prize is forfeited and is not redeemable for cash or other forms of credit.

7. Notification and claiming the Prize. The Winner will be drawn at random from the pool of entries on 25 July 2025 at the offices of Novari Collective. Following the Prize draw, the Winner will be notified by email their name published on our website at www.novaricollective.com/raes2025 for a period of 28 days.

8. The Prize is not redeemable during peak period dates of 1 December 2025 to 31 January 2026.

9. The Raes Accommodation and Travel Package must be booked no later than 31 May 2026 or the Prize will be forfeited in full.

10. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking and at the hotel’s discretion, depending on level of occupancy. Applicable booking terms and conditions of the travel and accommodation suppliers apply.

11. There is no residual value and no credit will be issued if the booking amount is less than the indicative Prize amount.

12. The Winner may add services or stay additional nights; however, the Winner is responsible for arranging their additional extras including the payment of any additional costs.

13. This Prize will be deemed fully used once a qualifying booking has been made and confirmed to be available. The Prize will not be reinstated, refunded or replaced, even in the event that the reservation is cancelled or changed.

14. Changes or cancellation may incur charges from airlines, hotels or other suppliers. The Winner is responsible to pay additional costs associated with changes or cancellations to the original booking requested by the Winner.

15. Once a date for your booking has been confirmed, Novari Collective takes no responsibility for costs incurred for cancellation or change of booking. To change or cancel your booking, you must contact Raes on Wategos directly and any fees applicable must be paid directly. 16. If your booking is cancelled as a result of a force majeure event and Raes on Wategos is unable to re-accommodate an alternative booking, the Prize will be forfeited and Novari Collective is not liable to replace the Prize, compensate the Winner for the cancellation or for any loss or damage incurred by the Winner, or their partner/guest, including but not limited to loss in connection with travel/flight arrangements associated with the booking. A force majeure event could be, but is not limited to, an earthquake, cyclone, flood, fire, industrial disputes, delays in transportation, or as a result of COVID-19 restrictions imposed on travel to or from the destination.

17. Terms and conditions of this offer are as written and cannot be changed by any representation of any unauthorised person, including employees of Furniture Rentals Australia Holdings Pty Ltd.

19. Novari Collective reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice and at any stage during or after the promotion.

20. All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Novari Collective Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. Entrants consent to their name being published in the event they are the winner.
