The Novari Styling Agent Giveaway (2023) is offered subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

Who can enter?

Entry is available to real estate agent professionals only in Sydney and the greater Sydney region, who are residents of Australia and aged 18 years or older and who refer, and have installed, styling installations between 1^st June 2023 and 31st July 2023

How to Enter

1. To be eligible you must refer Styling jobs to the Novari Team that are installed between 1 June 2023 and 31st July, 2023 (the competition period).
2. Each property styling referral that is installed in the competition period is one entry. The more “installations” in the competition period, the more entries.
3. There is only one winner, so where the property has a co listing agent, the winner will be the primary agent.
4.  The promotion ends midnight Monday 31^stJuly 2023.
5. The “Winner” will be selected by a random draw on Thursday 10^th August 2023 and advised by phone and email.

    • $400 spending money in the form of a Westfield eftpos gift card to be used at participating retailers

Terms and Conditions

1.There is one Osborn House Prize to be won only.

2.The total Osborn House Prize retail prize value is up to $2,418 (AUD).

3.The Osborn House Prize is offered by Furniture Rentals Australia Holdings Pty Ltd Trading as Novari Styling.

4.The Osborn House Prize is available for use only by Australian residents over the age of 18.

5.The Osborn House Prize cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other form of credit or travel services.

6.This is a single-use Osborn House Prize. Any unused portion of the Package is forfeited and is not redeemable for cash or other forms of credit.

7.Notification and claiming the Prize. The Winner will be drawn at random from the pool of entries. Following the Prize draw, the winner will be notified by phone and email.

8.The Redemption Date for the Osborn House Prize must be before 11/05/26.

9. All Osborn House bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking and at the hotel’s discretion depending on level of occupancy. Applicable booking terms and conditions of Osborn House apply.
10. The Osborn House Prize will be deemed fully used once a qualifying booking has been made and confirmed to be available. To make a booking, the winner will need to insert the gift voucher code. Once the voucher code has been used, it cannot be used again.
11. Novari Styling do not take any responsibility in the costs associated with changing the prize booking for any reason. Changes to a booking are subject to Osborn House’s conditions.
12. The Osborn House Prize will not be reinstated, refunded or replaced, even in the event that the reservation is cancelled. For the cancellation terms and conditions of Osborn House please head to their website.

13. The Winner may add services or stay additional nights; however, the Winner is responsible for arranging their additional extras including the payment of any additional costs above the nominated prize value.
14. Terms and conditions of this offer are as written and cannot be changed by any representation of any unauthorized person, including employees of Furniture Rentals Australia Holdings Pty Ltd.
15. If a confirmed booking at Osborn House is cancelled as a result of a force majeure event, and Osborn House are unable to reaccommodate an alternative booking, the prize is forfeited and Novari Styling is not liable for any loss or damage incurred by the prize winner, or their partner/guest, including but not limited to loss in connection with travel/flight arrangements associated with the booking. A Force Majeure event could be, but is not limited to an earthquake, cyclone, flood, fire, industrial disputes, delays in transportation, or as a result of COVID19 restrictions imposed.
