This Novari Collective Bali Giveaway (2024) is offered subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

WHO CAN ENTER

Entry is available to real estate agent professionals and property developers, only in Sydney and the greater Sydney region, who are residents of Australia and aged 18 years or older, and who have successfully, referred styling installations and/or interior design referrals that resulted in acceptance of brief and fee proposal between 7^th March 2024 – 30^th June 2024.

HOW TO ENTER

1. To be eligible you must refer one or more styling listings to Novari Property Styling that are installed on or before 30^th June 2024, and/or
2. Refer one or more projects to Novari Interiors that results in brief and fee proposal acceptance on or before 30^th June 2024    
3. Refer one or more projects to Novari Trades that results in brief and fee proposal acceptance on or before 30^th June 2024.              
4. Each property styling listing that is installed prior to 30th June 2024 is considered one entry, every subsequent successful listing will constitute another entry. 
5. Each interior design referral, that results in brief and fee proposal and is made prior to 30th June 2024, will qualify for two entries into the promotion.
6. The promotion ends midnight Sunday 30th June 2024.
7. The “Winner” will be announced by a random draw on 18^th July 2024.
8. The prize is a “Travel Package”  consists of, is only redeemable for the following, and up to the value of $5,000.00; 

• Return flights departing from Sydney to Denpasar, Bali for two people.
• Direct airport transfers for two people included from Bali airport to and from Kanvaz Hotel Bali.
• Five nights’ accommodation at The Kanvaz Hotel, Bali.
• Daily breakfast for up to two people. 
• All stays are subject to availability.
• The Winner may add services, add extra guests, or stay additional nights; however, the Winner is responsible for any additional costs that do not form part of Kanvaz Hotel Bali Accommodation and Travel Package prize. Please see detailed Terms and Conditions below.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. There is one Kanvaz Hotel Bali and Accommodation Travel Package to be won over the period of the competition.
2. The total Kanvaz Hotel and Accommodation Travel Package retail prize value is up to $5,000 (AUD).
3. The Kanvaz Hotel and Accommodation Travel Package offered by Furniture Rentals Australia Holdings Pty Ltd Trading as “(Novari Collective)”
4. Kanvaz Hotel Bali and Accommodation Travel Package is available for use only by Australian residents over the age of 18.
5. Kanvaz Hotel Bali and Accommodation Travel Package cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other form of credit or travel services.
6. This is a single-use Kanvaz Hotel Bali and Accommodation Travel Package. Any unused portion of the Package is forfeited and is not redeemable for cash or other forms of credit.
7. Notification and claiming the Prize. The Winner will be drawn at random from the pool of entries. Following the Prize draw, the winner will be notified using the contact details provided by the Entrant. If for any reason the winner is unable to claim the Prize, the Prize will be withdrawn.
8. Kanvaz Hotel Bali and Accommodation Travel Package is subject to availability at The Kanvaz Hotel Bali
9. Travel Block-out dates apply and include all NSW school holidays; 8/7/24-19/7/24 and 30/9/24-11/10/24.
10. Travel must be concluded by 18/11/2024.
11. The Kanvaz Hotel Bali and Accommodation Travel Package must be booked no later than the 18/11/24 or the Kanvaz Hotel Bali and Accommodation Travel Package prize is forfeited in full.
12. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking and at the hotel’s discretion depending on level of occupancy. Applicable booking terms and conditions of the travel and accommodation suppliers apply.
13. A visa may be required for travel to Bali, Novari Collective takes no responsibility for Visa application or payment. The winner will be responsible for application and payment of any visa required for travel to Bali.
14. This Kanvaz Hotel Bali and Accommodation Travel Package will be deemed fully used once a qualifying booking has been made and confirmed to be available. Kanvaz Hotel Bali and Accommodation Travel Package will not be reinstated, refunded or replaced, even in the event that the reservation is cancelled or changed.
15. Changes or Cancellation may incur charges from airlines, hotels or other suppliers. The Winner is responsible to pay any such charges and The Travel Package cannot be applied to any additional costs associated with changes or cancellations to the original booking requested by the Winner.
16. There is no residual value and no credit will be issued if the booking amount is less than the Travel Package amount.
17. The Winner may add services or stay additional nights; however, the Winner is responsible for arranging their additional extras including the payment of any additional costs.
18. Any additional services or products added to the Kanvaz Hotel Bali and Accommodation Travel Package including, without limitation, extra person, phone, parking and other charges will be payable to The Kanvaz Hotel Bali, these charges must be paid at the time the reservation is confirmed or to the hotel property directly and are the responsibility solely of the Winner.
19. The Kanvaz Hotel Bali and Accommodation Travel Package cannot be applied to any costs or miscellaneous fees charged by the Hotel or Airline and incurred by the Winner.
20. Terms and conditions of this offer are as written and cannot be changed by any representation of any unauthorised person, including employees of Furniture Rentals Australia Holdings Pty Ltd.
21. Once a date for your booking has been confirmed, Novari Collective takes no responsibility for costs incurred for cancellation or change of booking. To change or cancel your booking, you must contact The Kanvaz Hotel Bali and any fees applicable must be paid directly to the property. 22. If your booking is cancelled as a result of a force major event and The Kanvaz Hotel Bali is unable to re-accommodate an alternative booking, the prize will be forfeited and Novari Collective is not liable to replace the prize, compensate the Winner for the cancellation or for any loss or damage incurred by the Winner, or their partner/guest, including but not limited to loss in connection with travel/flight arrangements associated with the booking. A Force major event could be, but is not limited to an earthquake, cyclone, flood, fire, industrial disputes, delays in transportation, or as a result of COVID19 restrictions imposed on travel to or from the destination.
